LOCATION
The hotel is found in the centre of old Riga down a small side street. The location is perfect for discovering small picturesque buildings dating back many centuries.
ROOMS
Rooms vary in size. (due to the nature of the buildings). Many have wooden beams in the centre and across the ceilings and therefore retain their character. Relatively simple in design, rooms are painted white which contrasts nicely with the wooden

floors and furniture. Bathrooms, although small, are adequate and again white and like the rooms are in very good condition.
RESTAURANT
The traditional restaurant boasts some of the finest cuisine in town. It is small and the atmosphere / decoration is much the same as the rest of the hotel.
EXTERIOR
One can entrance the building from two different streets and there is a courtyard in the middle. The hotel is split into four sections and is in fact made up of many buildings dating back to the middle ages. Wooden beams are prominent throughout this

pretty historical property.
LOBBY
The lobby is small/medium in size. The reception area is dominated entirely by wood and is therefore very warm and welcoming.
GENERAL
This is a unique hotel in that it has retained its historical image and also forms an excellent 3* product in the centre of Riga.
