Located in a residential street in the city centre of Pisa, this beautifully restored villa now converted into a functional modern Hotel, lays few hundred meters from the railway station & the shopping district. The airport is few kms away and there

are buses connecting the city to the artistic site of Piazza dei Miracoli where the Leaning Tower is.
ROOMS
Rooms are all comfortable and generous in size. The 16 rooms have been named after a flower and all are furnished in a classical but modern taste, light neutral decor and equipped to highest standards. Bathrooms are all new with red and white tiling

The breakfast room is on the ground floor next to the lobby and the staircase that lead to the upper floor.
EXTERIOR
Beautiful villa of 1960's style, superbly restored by present owners and preserving untouched the original marble floorings and features of the villa. There is allocated parking space at the rear of the building and security system 24hours.
LOBBY
The lobby and reception areas are tastefully decorates and elegantly furnished, with reception bureau, bar area and comfortable large sofas with TV area. The atmosphere is the one of a house rather than a Hotel, warm and welcoming.
GENERAL
Superb 3* Hotel, category only for the small number of the rooms as this is un doubtfully a very beautiful small Hotel with higher standard of quality. (0504 MZ)
