LOCATION
The hotel is located in central Paris on a lively pedestrian street, which is just across the road from Cadet tube station (Line 7). A variety of local restaurants and shops are conveniently situated within easy walking distance. The Opera de Paris is

within 10 minutes walk. The Cadet underground station (line 7) and bus routes give easy access to all parts of the city.
ROOMS
Recently renovated (05/04), the rooms are clean and bright, well furnished and in very good condition. Due to the shape of the building, they all vary in size from small to medium and are decorated in light blue and warm red colour schemes. They

feature direct dial telephone, television and hair drying facilities. Bathrooms are small and kept in good condition. The majority of rooms have en-suite showers.
RESTAURANT
There is no restaurant as such but the breakfast room is small and welcoming well set out and again has been recently refurbished to a very good standard. It is located by the reception. There are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel.
EXTERIOR
This is a traditional building, typical of the surrounding architecture.
LOBBY
The lobby is very small as most of the space has been given to the breakfast room. It is well finished though and not uncomfortable.
GENERAL
This is a 2 star superior tourist property hotel, well finished and well maintained. It benefits from a good location on a classical Parisian street, next door to restaurants and local shops open till late (0804/iu).
