LOCATION
World renowned Hermitage hotel in the Mount Cook national park is the only hotel in this area. Located at the foot of New Zealand's highest mountain - Mount Cook has some of the best walks in the world usually from late October to late March. however

for the more adventurous the low season has its own attraction with less people. The National park, is approximately 330km south of Christchurch and 280 kms north of Queenstown.

The Mount Cook wing although slightly older than the Aoraki wing is still in very good condition and faces Mount Cook. All rooms have the usual amenities such as mini-bar, tv, hairdryer etc as well as superb views of the mountains and valley.
